The post is in your hands (literally)

You can now choose exactly when the initial Slack card should be posted:

• As soon as it's made even if it's in draft / WIP
• Once it's been made "Ready for review"
• [New] Once a custom phrase has been posted as a comment

This will allow developers to keep their PRs/MRs hidden away until they are truly ready to be reviewed (once they remove that debug console.log they forgot of course).
